About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Take ownership of driving new business growth across the Irish legal market
  • Proactively engage with law firms and in-house legal teams to understand their business challenges
  • Identify how LexisNexis solutions can support them
  • Deliver tailored, consultative sales across legal, tax and business research products
  • Help customers achieve better outcomes
  • Formulate account strategies to maximize new revenue opportunities and win profitable business
  • Achieve sales and productivity targets on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis
  • Manage customer accounts to ensure timely debt resolution
  • Prepare and execute sales strategies for allocated territory, maintaining accurate forecasts and pipeline
  • Deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to the Head of Business Development
  • Develop new relationships with decision-makers and influencers
  • Prioritize opportunities to maximize customer-facing time, achieving a minimum of 6 client meetings per week
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure an integrated approach to customer care

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships, ideally across Ireland (this role will focus solely on Irish Market)
  • Proven success in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment
  • Demonstrated ability in solution-based, consultative selling
  • Strong communication skills with sound business acumen
  • Ability to manage multiple complex opportunities simultaneously
  • A proactive, resilient approach with curiosity and integrity
  • Experience using structured sales processes and best practices
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
