About the role
- Sviluppo, integrazione e customizzazione di servizi OpenStack (Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Glance, Keystone)
- Progettazione e implementazione di Virtual HPC Clusters (Slurm + Open OnDemand) su OpenStack e Kubernetes con GPU NVIDIA (MIG, MPS)
- Engineering di componenti IaaS: compute (CPU/GPU), networking ad alte prestazioni (SR-IOV, RDMA), storage distribuito (Ceph/MinIO), identity & access
- Sviluppo di operatori e controller su Kubernetes, gestione GPU device plugin, integrazione AI-as-a-Service
- Automazione completa tramite IaC (Terraform/Ansible) e pipeline CI/CD (GitLab CI/Jenkins) per provisioning, aggiornamenti e zero-downtime rollout
- Integrazione di security stack (mTLS, OPA, policy multi-tenant), monitoring e observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager)
- Collaborazione con team DevOps e Software per evolvere l’architettura della piattaforma e i relativi servizi di orchestrazione
Requirements
- Laurea magistrale in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica o discipline STEM affini
- 3 - 5 anni di esperienza
- Esperienza avanzata con OpenStack in produzione + dev (API/SDK, plugin, policy, drivers)
- Kubernetes (CNI, Ingress, Helm/Operators)
- Conoscenza HPC: Slurm, data-locality, NUMA, pinning, performance tuning
- Storage e networking ad alte prestazioni: Ceph, NFS, IB/RoCE, SR-IOV
- Linux internals, Python e Bash per sviluppo e automazione
- Identity Management e sicurezza: OIDC, Keycloak, segreti e certificate management
- Esperienza su Git, code review, test automatizzati e standard di qualità
