• Lead the design and operation of LendingClub’s enterprise data governance framework, aligning with FFIEC, OCC, FDIC, and other banking regulatory expectations
• Establish and maintain governance policies, data standards, and procedures covering data ownership, quality, metadata, privacy, retention, and lineage

Business Development Rep

• Generate incremental revenue through the acquisition of new National Accounts and Field Sales Accounts
• Target new National Account prospects for acquisition using multiple sources of data to triangulate on the best opportunities

Senior Manager, National Accounts – Business Development

Systems Engineer

• Design, build, and evolve production cloud systems infrastructure, strategically employing automation and infrastructure-as-code (IaC)
• Design and build systems, tools, and services for LendingClub’s next generation cloud platform, including infrastructure tooling, automation, build and deployment pipelines, monitoring and logging architecture, and containerization
• Partner cross-functionally with Infrastructure, Engineering, and Security teams to design, deploy, and maintain cloud solutions that meet internal standards and industry best practices
• Operate and scale large-scale web operations and systems administration to ensure platform reliability, performance, and security 24x7

General Counsel

• Deliver strategic and tactical legal support primarily for LendingClub Bank’s consumer deposit and lending products
• Monitor and analyze federal, state, and local regulatory developments concerning consumer banking products and operations and engage with our business partners to ensure understanding of the same and operational readiness
• Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to customer-facing teams and operations teams, such as customer experience teams, customer service teams, banking operations teams, including providing support related to LendingClub’s digital platforms and services, client relationship matters, customer complaints and non-standard client requests and escalations
• Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to business teams, including advising and partnering on the development of new products and services, training and advising on consumer finance laws and regulations applicable to our business, third party management activities, reviewing marketing materials and advising on product and customer servicing and collections matters
• Partner with our Compliance and Risk teams to ensure comprehensive risk support for the consumer banking products we offer including the management of internal and external compliance reviews and examinations, and regulatory exams by government agencies
• Collaborate with team members to identify issues and improve existing processes and procedures to ensure consistent interpretation and application of legal requirements across LendingClub Bank’s product suite
