Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college program
- AI-native operator who actively creates their own automations and uses AI tools to get leverage; not just a user, but a builder
- Available to work 20+ hours per week, in-person in the Lehi office 2+ days/week
- No conflicting summer internship; if you perform well, this role is expected to continue through the summer
- High-agency owner who doesn't wait to be told what to do
- AI-native builder who actively uses and builds automations to create leverage
- Metrics-obsessed operator who can define a number, own it, and relentlessly push it forward
- Scrappy and gritty, not afraid to do the unglamorous work required to win
