• Coordinate with event hosts and facilitators to confirm virtual event logistics, schedules, and technical needs
• Support live virtual events by managing chat functions, sharing links, assisting speakers on video platforms, and helping run giveaways and promotions
• Maintain and update event listings to ensure dates, times, descriptions, and links are accurate across platforms
• Execute repeatable event processes on a consistent weekly schedule
• Monitor event readiness in advance and flag issues or discrepancies proactively
• Assist with post-event tasks, including follow-ups and operational clean-up
• Help instructors get set up and ready before each session, keeping things on track so the experience feels seamless for students
• Support the development of course materials, including syllabi, slide decks, and customer communications, using an established playbook
• Assist with student-facing communications before, during, and after sessions
• For the right intern, opportunity to directly kick off bootcamp sessions. Get in front of 40+ customers to orient them to the course and set the tone
