Designing, developing, and applying decision analytics, mathematical/statistical techniques, data mining, and modeling/simulation to address operational and planning challenges for senior leadership
Planning, coordinating, and conducting analysis related to Line of Effort (LOE) modeling and assessment of intelligence mission activities across USINDOPACOM’s area of responsibility
Consulting with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop and implement qualitative and quantitative metrics, including Measures of Performance (MOPs) and Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs)
Analyzing intelligence and technical data, documenting information and processes, and interpreting analytical results to support mission objectives
Developing and documenting advanced analytical methods, such as data mining, statistical analysis, and mathematical modeling
Simulating data flows and events using data visualization and analytics to identify process or resource constraints and recommend improvements
Preparing and presenting statistical results and findings to senior decision-makers and serving as a primary or alternate analyst supporting operational planning teams and working groups
Requirements
Current TS/SCI Clearance
Bachelors degree and 12+ years of relevant experience or Masters with 10+ years of relevant experience (additional experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree)
Experience in data analytics, modeling and simulation, or operations research, preferably supporting defense, intelligence, or national security missions
Familiarity with intelligence analysis processes, multi-source data integration, and supporting operational planning teams or working groups
Preferred: Experience supporting USINDOPACOM
