Requirements

  • Experience with capabilities-based assessments, concept development, Offensive Cyber Operations capabilities and concepts of employment, and Non-Kinetic capabilities and concepts of employment Knowledge of the Adaptive Acquisition Pathway Framework requirements document development Ability to think critically, facilitate working groups, conduct research, gather data, interpret data, and communicate findings through written reports TS / SCI clearance Bachelor’s degree
