About the role

  • Provide executive leadership and strategic oversight for Scientific and Technical Resource Integration and Human Subject Health programs
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, scientific integrity, and program performance
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams including scientists and IT specialists
  • Oversee budgets, staffing, and performance reporting
  • Guide improvements in review systems and governance practices
  • Ensure quality and integrity of medical and exposure databases

Requirements

  • Advanced degree required (PhD, DrPH, MD, ScD, or equivalent)
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in scientific research administration
  • Experience managing peer review systems
  • Experience overseeing IRB operations or human subjects protection programs
  • Deep knowledge of federal research funding processes
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary technical teams
  • Experience managing risk in regulated environments
