About the role
- Provide executive leadership and strategic oversight for Scientific and Technical Resource Integration and Human Subject Health programs
- Ensure regulatory compliance, scientific integrity, and program performance
- Lead multidisciplinary teams including scientists and IT specialists
- Oversee budgets, staffing, and performance reporting
- Guide improvements in review systems and governance practices
- Ensure quality and integrity of medical and exposure databases
Requirements
- Advanced degree required (PhD, DrPH, MD, ScD, or equivalent)
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in scientific research administration
- Experience managing peer review systems
- Experience overseeing IRB operations or human subjects protection programs
- Deep knowledge of federal research funding processes
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary technical teams
- Experience managing risk in regulated environments
