About the role

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of technology-enabled continuous improvement initiatives for internal operations and DoD customers.
  • Deliver process improvements using Splunk, automation, AI, and ML.
  • Manage product development workflows in ADO; write user stories and define acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in SAFe and Scrum ceremonies; facilitate PI planning and Scrum events.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders; conduct demos and stakeholder reviews.
  • Ensure DoD security compliance and maintain Secret clearance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Information Systems).
  • 8+ years of combined experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role with Agile teams.
  • U.S. Citizenship and have an active DoD Security Clearance, is required.
  • Experience managing work in Azure DevOps or Jira and familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
