About the role
- Partner closely with developers, product managers, and AI/automation engineers to build a robust testing framework that ensures smooth, scalable, and error-free interactions for users.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for the Moveworks AI assistant, covering functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Design automated test scripts to validate end-to-end automation workflows, APIs, and system integrations.
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
- Build and maintain automated test frameworks for chatbot interactions and integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday, Jira, Igloo, MS Teams).
- Implement continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, high-quality releases.
- Work with business stakeholders to validate chatbot performance, intent recognition, and response accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field; additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- 4+ years of experience in software testing and QA automation.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools/frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, REST Assured).
- Proficiency in testing REST APIs, JSON payloads, and chatbot/integration workflows.
- Strong scripting/programming skills (Python, JavaScript, or Java).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
