- Collaborates with internal and external business partners to improve healthcare value.

- Serves as an innovative, strategic partner and support for the key stakeholders through robust project management skills.
- Co-creates, executes, evaluates, and adjusts short and long-term team and divisional goals, strategies, and vision.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business administration, healthcare management, project management or closely related field.
- 3 years progressive experience in project management or completion of a healthcare administrative fellowship program.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and situations.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple complex tasks and projects in a fast paced work environment.
- Ability to focus on details and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must possess team building skills and emotional and social intelligence.
- Must collaborate and possess resilience, managerial courage, flexibility, ethics, and professionalism.
