About the role
- Handle guest inquiries across multiple channels (chat, email, phone, social)
- Resolve account, payment, gameplay, and technical issues
- Explain games, promotions, bonuses, and responsible play practices
- Support guests through KYC and verification processes
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues when needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in iGaming and/or sweepstakes is required
- Must be currently based in Toronto, Canada
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Calm, professional, and guest-first mindset
- Familiarity with online gaming platforms and player support workflows
