About the role
- Support the administration of the promotions and merit increase cycle;
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies;
- Implement calculation and application of statutory collective bargaining adjustments (dissídio), ensuring legal compliance;
- Implement and monitor KPIs and reports;
- Lead, plan, and structure benefits administration and the employee well-being program;
- Provide support for organizational structure management and organizational chart updates;
- Develop and revise policies and procedures as needed;
- Support in providing data for salary benchmarking surveys;
- Provide compensation analysis for hiring and retention, and prepare/update job descriptions and related documentation as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields);
- Experience in Human Resources with a focus on compensation and benefits;
- Experience with job analysis, salary surveys, compensation calculations, benefits administration, and the ability to develop reports and KPIs;
- Knowledge of employee well-being programs;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel);
- Intermediate English is desirable;
- Familiarity with HR management systems such as RM Labore and BI tools;
- Experience working in a law firm is a plus.
