About the role
- Create, update, and maintain project tasks and plans for creative team projects, including packaging, logos, manuals, and special creative requests.
- Assign and manage designer tasks and priorities to ensure projects are done in priority and on time.
- Onboard and train new employees in the creative department.
- Compile and publish internal team metrics and reports to track the performance of creative projects, team members, and operations, based on management direction.
- Lead and maintain team standards for packaging and design execution.
- Perform data entry, maintain organized records, and manage correspondence with stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, and team lead.
- Ability to make small needed changes as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets for data management, scheduling, and reporting.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Teamwork or Asana.
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English (required).
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proactive approach to driving operational and creative improvements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
