• Create, update, and maintain project tasks and plans for creative team projects, including packaging, logos, manuals, and special creative requests.
• Assign and manage designer tasks and priorities to ensure projects are done in priority and on time.
• Onboard and train new employees in the creative department.
• Compile and publish internal team metrics and reports to track the performance of creative projects, team members, and operations, based on management direction.
• Lead and maintain team standards for packaging and design execution.
• Perform data entry, maintain organized records, and manage correspondence with stakeholders.
