About the role

  • As a Junior Business Development & Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for selling our IaaS and Cloud solutions.
  • You will grow our market by strategically targeting new prospective customers within clearly defined vertical segments and converting them into Leaseweb customers.
  • You will manage commercial relationships and transactions with prospective clients (new logos – small and medium-sized businesses) and then transition these customers to our internal support team.
  • This role is characterized by autonomy, energy, a strong sense of responsibility, excellent time-management skills and, of course, a strong commercial and relationship-oriented focus.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in acquiring new logos and prospecting
  • At least 2 years of sales experience (preferred)
  • A contact list that includes, as a priority, our main verticals: SaaS / Gaming & VFX / AdTech / MarTech / MSPs / AI & Big Data / e‑commerce
  • Experience in the technology industry is a foundation for this role; strong learning ability and a tech‑savvy profile are required
  • Experience with IaaS and cloud solutions is a definite advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Agility to work in a constantly changing environment
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset, willing to put in extra effort to convert leads into revenue
  • Natural ability to build new business relationships (new logos)
  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is essential to effectively support client relationships across Canada, including Quebec
  • Experience in the IT partner/channel industry is an asset (30–40% of your time will be spent prospecting partners)
  • Ability to work with SAP
  • You are legally authorized to work in Canada
Benefits
  • Participation in the company’s annual bonus program
  • Group RRSP with employer contribution
  • Internet allowance, travel allowance and mobile allowance
  • Hybrid remote work policy (maximum 2 days per week from home)
  • Vacation based on your experience + 5 floating/personal days per year
  • Group insurance + telemedicine + health care spending account
  • Lunch allowance, free parking and fresh fruit provided at the office
  • Personalized learning platform offering a variety of courses and training
  • Fun events throughout the year – from virtual quizzes to summer parties, company runs, quarterly hackathons, and more
  • Monthly after-work “5 à 7” events
  • A multicultural work environment (our colleagues come from over 60 countries!) where you can truly make a difference
