About the role

  • Performing monthly intercompany invoicing using Lear’s intercompany invoicing system
  • Facilitating payment of balances, reconciling balances with corresponding intercompany locations
  • Assisting with dispute resolution during close
  • Building a good working relationship with global finance and accounting teams related to intercompany related items
  • Preparing balance sheet general ledger account reconciliations using various accounting systems
  • Assisting Managers of Corporate Accounting with recording standard and non-standard journal entries on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Tracking, preparing, and filing various monthly and quarterly government financial reports
  • Developing ad hoc reports and analysis as requested by management
  • Interfacing with Lear’s accounting and finance team in the Philippines on a consistent basis related to month-end close activities

Requirements

  • Require 1-3 years of work experience in field of accounting or finance
  • Requires Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
  • Ability to interface across all organization levels within the world headquarters and all plants globally
  • Ability to show resilience in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to take ownership of the processes from start to finish
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Exposure to various accounting ERP systems like, SAP, HFM (Hyperion), PeopleSoft AP
