About the role
- Support the technical strategy for customers and prospects by assisting with solution discussions, product demonstrations, and technical walkthroughs.
- Collaborate with Sales to design and present business and technical solutions aligned with customer requirements.
- Contribute to technical proposals, Statements of Work (SoW), and supporting documentation for customer opportunities, including RFI/RFP responses.
- Participate in customer discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design workshops, applying industry best practices.
- Act as a technical advisor by mapping customer business needs to the LeapXpert product portfolio.
- Work with internal Product and Engineering teams to support integrations, configurations, and customer-specific solution requirements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of industry experience working with SaaS-based products; experience in compliance, messaging, or AI technologies is a plus.
- Hands-on experience supporting customer-facing activities such as discovery sessions, product demos, or technical workshops.
- Good understanding of cloud platforms, software deployment concepts, and basic project implementation methodologies.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Product, Engineering, and customer teams.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Industry certifications in MSFT, AWS, and Google Technologies will be a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish speaking language proficiency is a plus.
