• Establish a consistent cadence with leadership: weekly pipeline reviews, monthly forecasts, and quarterly business reviews
• Partner with Marketing on account-based programs and field activities to build qualified pipeline
• Partner with Customer Success to drive smooth handoffs, adoption, renewals, and expansion

• Own and assist in gathering feature requirements and specifications

Senior Product Manager

Solutions Engineer

• Support the technical strategy for customers and prospects by assisting with solution discussions, product demonstrations, and technical walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with Sales to design and present business and technical solutions aligned with customer requirements.
• Contribute to technical proposals, Statements of Work (SoW), and supporting documentation for customer opportunities, including RFI/RFP responses.
• Participate in customer discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design workshops, applying industry best practices.
• Act as a technical advisor by mapping customer business needs to the LeapXpert product portfolio.
• Work with internal Product and Engineering teams to support integrations, configurations, and customer-specific solution requirements.

IT Support

• Manage and prioritize ITSM ticket queues, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and problems.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Follow ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
• Administer and manage access to all SaaS applications via Okta and Microsoft Entra ID (user onboarding/offboarding, group policies, SSO integrations).
• Maintain security best practices in identity and access control.
• Provide hands-on support for Windows, macOS, and Office 365 environments, including other business software and SaaS applications.
• Manage IT asset lifecycle, including procurement, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination.
• Assist with hardware, software, and peripheral troubleshooting.
• Support collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Slack.
• Administer endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, JAMF) for device provisioning, compliance, and patching.
• Support IT asset management tools and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure systems and processes comply with internal security policies and regulatory standards (PCI-DSS, ISO, SOC2, etc.).

• Identify, prospect, and secure new enterprise customers (“new logos”) in the assigned territory.
• Build and execute strategic account plans to expand revenue and strengthen relationships with newly acquired accounts.
• Own the full sales cycle, consistently achieving or exceedingly quarterly and annual ARR targets.
• Present and position LeapXpert’s platform—spanning unified communications, data compliance, and messaging solutions—to enterprise customers.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales Development, and Channel/OEM partners to maximize pipeline growth.
• Conduct needs assessments, deliver tailored solutions, and lead compelling product demos and executive-level presentations.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CIOs, CISOs, IT leaders, Procurement, and Compliance executives.
• Collaborate with OEMs (e.g., Microsoft, Teams ecosystem) and internal resources to stay ahead of UC and compliance trends, leveraging vendor support during sales cycles.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data within CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).

Director of Enterprise Sales

• Explore and penetrate new markets globally by leveraging partner networks and relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
