About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own LeapXpert's product marketing strategy, narrative, and positioning across segments, verticals, and personas.
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for product launches and strategic initiatives—from concept to market impact.
- Partner with Product on roadmap planning, bringing market and buyer intelligence that shapes decisions, not just follows them.
- Define, direct, and continuously improve a fleet of PMM AI agents across competitive monitoring, content creation, and sales asset generation—expanding autonomy while maintaining quality standards.
- Own the sales portal and all enablement assets: pitch decks, battlecards, solution briefs, ROI frameworks, demo scripts, and objection guides—often writing these yourself.
- Measure impact across all PMM initiatives and drive continuous improvement based on data and field feedback.
- Measure the impact of product marketing initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Define segmentation, personas, and ICP with enough precision that Sales can act on them immediately.
- Run sales training and messaging workshops to keep the field sharp and on-message.
- Build and execute the customer marketing strategy—lifecycle content, advocacy programs, expansion campaigns—to drive retention and upsell.
- Own partner marketing: onboarding and training partner sales teams, building partner-specific enablement materials, and supporting co-sell motions.
- Drive customer-facing content: case studies, whitepapers, website copy, webinars, and thought leadership—with a high bar for quality and clarity.
- Maintain a sharp competitive intelligence program with deep battlecards the whole GTM org can use.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, with at least 3 years in a senior individual contributor or leadership role.
- Proven track record of owning end-to-end product marketing for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise products—not just executing on someone else’s strategy.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills: you can write a razor-sharp executive narrative, a detailed solution brief, and a punchy sales one-pager, and you know the difference.
- Deep expertise in positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy, with the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, buyer-centric value.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, buying committees, and the nuances of selling into regulated industries.
- Hands-on experience creating sales enablement materials that actually get used and drive results.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire small teams, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders without relying on headcount or authority.
- Fluency in working with AI tools in a marketing context—whether for content creation, competitive research, workflow automation, or agent orchestration.
- Strong competitive research and market analysis skills; you anticipate moves before they happen.
- Highly self-directed: you set your own agenda, manage ambiguity well, and consistently deliver without needing to be told what to do next.
- Comfortable working across time zones and at the pace of a fast-moving global company.
