About the role

  • Identify and establish relationships with key global partners to enhance LeapXpert's product offerings and market reach.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans and strategies that drive mutual growth.
  • Equip partners with the necessary tools, training, and support to effectively sell and promote LeapXpert's solutions.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions tailored to partner needs.
  • Drive sales through partnerships by identifying opportunities, setting targets, and achieving sales goals.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing feedback and strategies for improvement.
  • Explore and penetrate new markets globally by leveraging partner networks and relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and support for partner initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in partnership development, sales, and/or business development roles, preferably within the technology or communications sectors.
  • Proven success in global channel development and execution.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth through partnerships.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and partner performance.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, especially in working with C-level executives.
