About the role
- End-to-end candidate management for IT contract vacancies
- Sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates across the full IT stack
- Managing contractor pipelines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Conducting detailed candidate interviews, technical discussions and availability checks
- Supporting offer management, onboarding and compliance for UK contract placements
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with IT contractors in the UK market
Requirements
- Previous experience in IT recruitment or IT resourcing
- Experience in contract recruitment within the UK market
- Strong understanding of IT terminology, technologies and job titles
- Ability to work at pace and manage multiple live roles simultaneously
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, resilient and delivery-focused mindset
- Prior recruitment experience preferred, but experience in IT sales is acceptable
