Building and maintaining strong relationships with IT contractors in the UK market

Requirements

Previous experience in IT recruitment or IT resourcing
Experience in contract recruitment within the UK market
Strong understanding of IT terminology, technologies and job titles, enabling meaningful conversations with candidates
Ability to work at pace and manage multiple live roles simultaneously
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Organised, resilient and delivery-focused mindset
Experience in IT sales is also considered with training provided
