About the role
- Conduct engaging product demos and drive sales to increase revenue
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payments, billing, and platform functionality
- Build and maintain strong relationships to support client retention and satisfaction
- Provide training and guidance on product features, best practices, and platform updates
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs
- Collaborate with product and support teams to relay client feedback and suggest improvements
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, ideally within the legal industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in a customer-facing or client success role
- A proactive, customer-centric approach to sales and support
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote work environment
- Background in Sales, Business, Customer Service, or Communications
- Experience with payment processing systems or financial platforms
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM tools
- Previous experience in legal tech or SaaS environments
