About the role
- Shape LEAP’s Personal Injury offering and ensure position as leading PI software in UK.
- Identify opportunities for development and content projects with Head of Personal Injury.
- Develop and deliver new automated forms and precedents to improve user experience.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to source feedback and report KPIs to the team.
- Research forms, legislation, and legal processes relevant to Personal Injury.
- Create, update and deliver high quality automated legal forms and precedents for use by law firms.
- Use automation tools and Microsoft technology to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance.
- Utilise JavaScript to enhance forms and precedents; full training provided.
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure forms function correctly and fix issues.
- Develop and maintain outstanding knowledge of LEAP and companion products.
- Promote use of LEAP products and drive adoption in Personal Injury.
- Ensure processes comply with up-to-date legislation within Personal Injury.
- Attend industry events to speak with existing customers and build strong relationships.
Requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience working within Personal Injury.
- Very comfortable using Microsoft Word.
- Experience of case management systems and document automation systems would be advantageous.
- A passion for technology.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal); skilled in dealing sensitively with clients.
- A strong attention to detail.
