Experience using a ticketing system (ideally Zendesk)
Remote support experience using tools like TeamViewer or RDP
Strong English communication, both written and verbal
Customer service mindset, empathetic, responsive, reliable
Autonomous, able to take ownership of problems and follow through independently
Secondary skills: Basic scripting (PowerShell, Python); Experience with 3CX phone systems; Understanding of SSO and MFA tools; Knowledge of SharePoint file permissions; Exposure to tools like Samsara, Idelic, Fusion, or McLeod TMS
