About the role
- Establishing and maintaining the company’s brand system and tone of voice, including logo, typography, colour palettes, iconography, illustration, photography, video guidelines
- Develop and document scalable design systems that ensure consistency across platforms and channels
- Partner with teams as creative partners across the company to design on-brand assets for campaigns, social media, email, presentations, and events
- Brainstorm and design visual directions for campaigns or events and provide creative solutions to challenges
- Manage and collaborate with photographers, illustrators, and printers
- Design and execute brand assets, both print and digital, including social media and email assets, presentations, and event collaterals
- Prepare final production files for print and digital use with attention to detail and quality standards
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to refine work
- Support the brand design system by contributing structure and organization of assets
- Advocate for brand consistency across all touchpoints by collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Conduct visual research for assigned projects and create moodboards to inspire new ideas and design directions
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, attention to detail, and an understanding of visual design principles (typography, layout, color, composition)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma (motion design or video editing skill is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute ideas in a collaborative team environment
- Interest in branding, storytelling, and creative problem-solving
