Account Manager

• Lead, build, and inspire a partnerships team that meets and exceeds growth targets across multiple verticals.
• Develop and execute Leafwell’s partnership strategy with a primary focus on our core revenue engine: scalable, high-ROI dispensary partnerships.
• Operate as a player–coach: carry an individual quota, drive key deals, and develop your team to do the same.
• Own revenue outcomes from partnerships and create a repeatable, scalable model across markets.
• Oversee event partnerships and field activations, ensuring excellent execution and measurable ROI from our ground game.
• Build strategic referral networks with organizations that can drive patient acquisition and brand visibility.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align initiatives and amplify results.
• Track and optimize performance metrics, using data to improve efficiency, conversion, retention, and partner success.
• Create the systems and processes (playbooks, ICP criteria, onboarding flows, CRM discipline, activation frameworks) required to scale with efficiency.
• Build both a hunter and farmer motion, balancing outbound partner acquisition with proactive partner success and renewal growth.
• Foster a clarity-first, solutions-oriented culture that reduces complexity and drives execution.
• Represent Leafwell externally, building trust and credibility with industry partners, associations, and prospective collaborators.
