About the role

  • Act as the primary point of contact between IRV and clients
  • Provide the highest level of customer service via phone, email, and web meetings
  • Proactively provide marketing solutions addressing clients’ needs
  • Aid in the effective implementation of marketing strategies
  • Monitor and report on client campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate execution of campaign deliverables

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' professional experience in a consultative, account management, and/or client retention role
  • Demonstrated knowledge and a strong understanding of the Digital Advertising world
  • Bachelor Degree in related field, preferred
  • Experience in Marketing, Agency and/or Media Sales, preferred
  • Demonstrated public speaking and presentation abilities
  • Superior relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A self-starter mind-set, and work well under pressure while meeting deadlines
  • A history of being detail oriented, punctual and professional
