About the role
- Act as the primary point of contact between IRV and clients
- Provide the highest level of customer service via phone, email, and web meetings
- Proactively provide marketing solutions addressing clients’ needs
- Aid in the effective implementation of marketing strategies
- Monitor and report on client campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate execution of campaign deliverables
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' professional experience in a consultative, account management, and/or client retention role
- Demonstrated knowledge and a strong understanding of the Digital Advertising world
- Bachelor Degree in related field, preferred
- Experience in Marketing, Agency and/or Media Sales, preferred
- Demonstrated public speaking and presentation abilities
- Superior relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A self-starter mind-set, and work well under pressure while meeting deadlines
- A history of being detail oriented, punctual and professional
