- Partner with leadership to align people strategy with business vision and goals

- Drive performance management processes with a focus on growth and transparency
- Own the entire employee journey: onboarding, adaptation, retention, and offboarding
- Collect and act on employee feedback and integrate it into decision-making
- Build and strengthen employer brand to attract and retain talent
- Set up and continuously improve HR processes from hiring to exit
- Use HR analytics to measure and guide people-related decisions
Requirements
- 3+ years in HR roles with proven experience in strategic HR or HR Business Partner positions
- Proficiency in English (B2+)
- Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to build processes from scratch
- Work from any location
