• Identify, target, and secure high-value enterprise clients in need of Salesforce, MuleSoft, and custom development solutions.
• Understand client business needs and present tailored solutions using Salesforce and MuleSoft to drive digital transformation.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and industry research to maintain consistent revenue growth.
• Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with C-suite executives (CIOs, CTOs, Heads of IT, and Digital Transformation leaders) at key enterprise organizations.
• Collaborate with pre-sales architects and technical teams to develop client proposals, technical roadmaps, and business cases.
• Lead negotiations around contract terms, pricing negotiations and ensure successful deal closures.
• Work closely with the implementation, delivery, and customer success teams to ensure seamless handovers and project execution.
• Attend and drive RFP processes for large-scale customers to ensure we stay competitive in key opportunities.

• Plan and execute complex test scenarios for API flows, focusing specifically on how our system interacts with external third-party providers.
• Validate data accuracy and transformation as it moves across various external services and the MuleSoft/Salesforce ecosystem.
• Perform deep-dive testing of REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring error handling, rate limiting, and edge cases for third-party integrations are robust.
• Identify, document, and track bottlenecks and bugs, working closely with MuleSoft developers and Salesforce architects to resolve integration gaps.
