• Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flow.
• Implement and customise Salesforce Financial Services Cloud features (Action Plans, Life Events, Financial Accounts, etc.).
• Build robust integrations with external banking systems and APIs (leveraging our internal MuleSoft expertise where applicable).
• Optimise system performance and ensure data security/compliance within the Fintech framework.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior team members to maintain high engineering standards.
