Job Level
About the role
- Own Referral Generation in the Westchester, NY and Fairfield County, CT markets
- Build and manage a portfolio of referral partners including elder law attorneys, trust & estate attorneys, financial advisors, fiduciaries, physicians, senior living operators, and related professionals
- Develop long-term, trust-based relationships that result in consistent, qualified client referrals—not transactional one-offs
- Be deeply embedded in the local ecosystem: Spend significant time in the field: in offices, at lunches, at small events, and in follow-up conversations
- Identify where Alder should be present (and where it shouldn’t) to build credibility efficiently in the NY market
- Drive thoughtful, high-touch partner engagement: Organize and host small-scale events such as dinners, lunch-and-learns, and educational sessions for professional partners and their clients.
- Collaborate on co-branded resources (guides, presentations, talking points) that make it easier for partners to confidently refer families to Alder
- Partner closely with the Alder clinical and marketing teams: Work hand-in-hand with care managers to ensure referral partners experience excellent communication, responsiveness, and outcomes
- Coordinate with marketing to align messaging, materials, and follow-up around referral activity.
- Track what’s working and adapt: Use HubSpot and internal dashboards to track partner activity, referrals, conversions, and pipeline health
- Share insights with leadership about what’s resonating in the market, where momentum is building, and where strategy should adjust
