About the role
- Serve as a technical SME for integrations during pre‑sales and post‑sales conversations
- Interpret client workflow requirements and translate them into practical integration and automation workflows
- Build low‑code automation templates using tools such as Workato and Power Automate
- Develop small proof‑of‑concept automations that demonstrate what is possible
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation for all integration and automation work
- Create customer‑facing documentation, help articles, and enablement materials
- Provide basic troubleshooting support for deployed customer automations
- Liaise with technical partners to coordinate integration requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical integration, automation, or professional services role
- Strong understanding of API concepts, data flows, and system‑to‑system integrations
- Demonstrated experience with low‑code automation tools such as Workato, Power Automate, Zapier, or similar
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work directly with customers to understand requirements
- A collaborative mindset
