About the role

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow 8am’s affiliate marketing program.
  • Oversee the affiliate platforms such as Impact, Everflow, or PartnerStack, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage new affiliates and partners, building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate on the overall strategy for our Affiliate commission tiers aligned to our growth initiatives and ROI impact.
  • Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop compelling marketing assets and promotional content for affiliates.
  • Analyze data and report on affiliate performance, making strategic recommendations to improve results.
  • Work with the brand and product marketing teams to ensure affiliate efforts align with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Provide support and direction on our referral programs to grow our overall referral network and drive new business.
  • Collaborate with customer success teams to promote customer referral initiatives to drive MQLs/SQLs and grow the business.
  • Develop influencer marketing strategy to support brand building and demand generation efforts.
  • Ensure that all affiliate and partner communications reflect the 8am brand, voice, and compliance standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and leverage insights to drive competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing affiliate and referral programs within the B2B technology, fintech, or SaaS industry.
  • Proven success managing affiliate platforms such as Impact, Everflow, or PartnerStack.
  • Strong experience developing and managing influencer marketing programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics, reporting, and optimization strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Proficiency with affiliate marketing tools and platforms.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Creative problem solver with a growth mindset.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows, enhance decision-making, or drive innovation.
