Director of Product Management

• This is a broad Senior PM role on the quality, trust, and communication side of service delivery — setting the right expectations on both sides, steering Pros to deliver great work, resolving conflicting interests fairly, and making our AI-powered support genuinely good.
• You'll work on live, high-scale systems with a mandate to make them better.
• You'll work alongside other PMs; your center of gravity is the trust between both sides of the marketplace.
• You'll shape strategy, policy, and the systems behind a whole slice of the post-booking experience — not optimize one screen.
• You'll build the policies and the decision systems that resolve these fairly and consistently at scale — and make the judgment call yourself when there's no clean answer.
• You'll own the eval systems — golden datasets, automated judges, regression detection, human-review sampling — that define what 'good' means for an open-ended conversation.

Senior Product Manager – Service Delivery

SEO Marketing

• You will own organic search and AI discovery across our brand portfolio.
• You set the vision, the roadmap, and the standards for how we compete in a world where Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and AI Mode are all becoming primary discovery surfaces.

Director of SEO – Agentic Search

Full-stack Engineer

• You're the engineering anchor of an initiative — working as part of a tight team with your PM and designer, and alongside engineering peers on adjacent initiatives.
• You have a hand in the full lifecycle: shaping the problem, deciding the technical approach, directing AI agents to implement much of the code, shipping to production, and — with your team — owning the outcome.
• You're measured by impact, not by lines of code merged.
• When an agent can ship something safely, your job is to make sure it's done right and the metric moves.
• When the work calls for careful, hand-written code in a sensitive area, you write it yourself.

Staff Software Engineer, Product

Customer Support

• Handle inbound calls, callback queues, chats, and email support.
• Manage 300+ weekly contacts (customer + provider support).
• Assist with app navigation, payments, scheduling, and service issues.
• Deliver high-quality service, meet performance expectations, and maintain policy compliance.
• Ensure strong communication, de-escalation, and issue resolution.

Designer

• You'll report to the Director of Design but be fully embedded on the Growth team, working daily with CRO specialists, data analysts, SEO, Paid, content teams, and less frequently engineers. Your job is to make our marketing sites fast to change, beautiful, on-brand, and optimized for conversion — without needing an engineer every time something needs to move.
• You'll start with Home Gnome, building it right from the ground up in Webflow. From there, you'll bring LawnStarter, Lawn Love, and ProBase into a componentized Webflow architecture. This is a chance to define how all four brands show up on the web.
• Build and maintain a componentized, scalable Webflow setup across all brands — clean components, organized CMS collections, and a structure that lets the team move fast without breaking things.
• Collaborate with CRO on testing, spin up new landing pages, and make page and template changes quickly so the Growth team can run experiments without waiting.
• Maintain WCAG compliance and ensure every page works well for every user. This isn't an afterthought — it's a requirement.

Senior Webflow Designer

Account Executive

• Manage inbound and outbound warm calls (approx. 200+ weekly).
• Handle calls lasting 6–15 minutes to close new customers, explain LawnStarter’s services, and upsell recurring plans.
• Meet and exceed sales metrics and quality standards.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills with U.S. customers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and uphold data protection policies.

• You'll own how LawnStarter communicates with Pros, across every touchpoint, across the full lifecycle, with a clear goal: more Pros succeeding on the platform.
• Today, most Pros experience LawnStarter as a job board, work comes in, they do it, they get paid. You'll change that. You're building the communications experience that makes Pros feel like LawnStarter is invested in their success: a platform that helps them grow their business, get better at their craft, and earn more over time. That's the brand you're building, not for homeowners, but for the 10,000+ small business owners who power the marketplace.
• This isn't a traditional CRM role or a brand role. It's supply-side product marketing. You're designing the communications experience that keeps our supply base activated, informed, motivated, and growing. That means owning the strategy for Pro-facing communications across in-product messaging, community, help content, incentive programs, and internal Pro advocacy with execution support from cross-functional partners.
