About the role
- Maintain and organise daily task lists ensuring clear priorities and deadlines.
- Coordinate and manage the schedules of the CTO & Co-Founder and COO, optimising their time to focus on strategic and operational goals.
- Proactively following up to ensure that urgent and high-priority tasks are addressed promptly.
- Book and manage travel arrangements, ensuring all itineraries, accommodations, and related logistics are well planned.
- Ensure each workshop and key meeting has a structured agenda and required reference documents, helping participants prepare effectively.
- Record comprehensive notes and actions items during meetings and workshops, ensuring clear follow-up actions and accountability
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting executives in an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff role in high-growth, investor-backed companies
- Comfortable interacting with investors and other senior stakeholders
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative and ownership
- The ability to anticipate needs, think ahead, and proactively solve problems before they escalate
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Notion and Slack
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail
- Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
