💰 $95,000 - $125,000 per year
About the role
- Onboarding new customers and ensuring successful implementation of solutions
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with assigned accounts
- Providing product training and support to customers
- Monitoring customer health and addressing issues proactively
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience
- Tracking and reporting on key performance metrics
- Focus exclusively on customer satisfaction, training, and experience (no sales quota or revenue targets)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in customer support, customer success or implementation management in Enterprise SaaS or technology companies
- Strong interest in privacy and knowledge of regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work from the office in Falls Church, VA, 3 times per week
- Legal authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis (application form requests this)
