About the role
- Ensure products and processes provided by food and packaging suppliers meet corporate quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Evaluate and qualify new suppliers by conducting quality audits and capability assessments
- Monitor performance of existing suppliers, analyze quality data and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Collaborate with suppliers to develop and improve manufacturing processes ensuring compliance
- Manage non-conformities and complaints, coordinating timely investigations and resolutions
- Work within the Supplier Quality Team in the Quality & Procurement Department, based at the Innovation Center in Turin
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Food Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 1,5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food or packaging industry
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Proactive approach and ability to make a real impact
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
