Project Manager

• Lead and manage projects involving: Compressor stations, Meter stations, Valve sites, Class location upgrades, Pipeline recoats
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
• Oversee engineering, design, and construction coordination.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation.
• Mentor junior engineers and support team development.
• Champion safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all project phases.

Civil Engineer

• Assist our Senior/Intermediate Engineers preparing infrastructure projects, site studies and design, contract documentation and graphic presentations
• Provide project engineering and task management
• Perform overall site layout, grading, utility layout and drainage
• Conduct complex hydraulic and hydrologic modeling
• Collect, assimilate, and present data in reports, memos, and public forums
• Perform routine engineering assignments requiring application of standard techniques and procedures
• Perform administrative duties associated with project management for civil/site projects
• Work independently on small projects, or assist more-senior engineers on larger projects
• Perform other duties as needed

Intermediate Civil Engineer

Designer

• Generating designs and detailed drawings across various disciplines including Civil, Structural Steel, and Architectural
• Managing responsibilities such as modeling and drafting foundations and structures, conducting design and drawing evaluations, estimating quantities, and overseeing material control
• Engaging in diverse projects that encompass tasks ranging from preliminary feasibility studies to the finalization of intricate engineering drawings
• Resolving design-related issues through communication and coordination
• Ensuring compliance with codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Staying updated on building codes and design guidelines
• Coordinating with engineers to address design requirements and changes
• Assisting with structural analysis and calculations
• Participating in project meetings and providing technical support

Intermediate Civil/Structural Designer

Software Engineer

• The Manager of Electrical Utility/High Voltage leads the Power & Distribution team, overseeing professionals from junior to senior levels.
• This role involves mentoring, working with experienced engineers and designers.
• The manager is responsible for implementing departmental policies and strategies to achieve short-term goals, solving moderately complex challenges, and influencing broader organizational practices related to electrical utilities and high-voltage systems.

Manager – Transmission & Distribution Engineering

• Collaborate with engineers and project teams to define design requirements and project deliverables
• Prepare drawings, schematics, layouts, and design details for construction and fabrication purposes
• Develop and maintain drawing standards, templates, and procedures
• Review and verify drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards
• Incorporate vendor drawings and technical information into project documentation
• Ensure all work adheres to safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Support project documentation and drafting activities as directed by project leadership

Electrical, Instrumentation and Controls Designer

Electrical Engineer

• Develop electrical designs, studies, and layouts that meet client specifications and industry standards
• Develop designs, plans, calculations, and material specifications for electrical systems in accordance with applicable codes and standards
• Deliver high-quality engineering solutions for oil and gas processing facilities, including developing electrical specifications and equipment selection
• Design and specify MCCs, VFDs, PLCs, switchgear, and other electrical equipment
• Execute engineering scope, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress to ensure project objectives are met
• Prepare and review drawings, material lists, data sheets, and vendor information for technical accuracy
• Provide support during construction, including review of contract documents, technical support to field contractors, and coordination with clients
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery
• Mentor and provide direction to junior engineers and designers as required
• Ensure compliance with Lauren’s health, safety, and quality standards

Senior Electrical Engineer

Mechanical Engineer

• Provide guidance on the development of conceptual layouts and engineering drawings
• Size and calculate conveying system capacities and calculate conveyor HP requirements
• Create mechanical equipment component lists and prepare vendor RFQ documentation
• Collaborate with clients on conveying concepts and develop effective working solutions
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to support project decision-making
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards throughout project lifecycle
• Mentor junior engineers and interns to foster professional development and knowledge transfer
• Work on balance-of-plant and process facilities within Oil & Gas EPCM projects
