About the role

  • Own the full RevOps function across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Partner with GTM leadership to translate business strategy into operational plans
  • Build and own accurate forecasting, reporting, and dashboards
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve RevOps processes, tooling, and infrastructure
  • Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing RevOps team

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or Revenue Strategy roles
  • Experience scaling RevOps at a high-growth startup
  • Strong analytical instincts with the ability to turn data into clear decisions
  • A hands-on, ownership-oriented mindset
  • Proven ability to partner with senior GTM leaders and influence without authority
  • Comfort leveraging automation, AI, and modern RevOps tooling
