About the role
- Own the full RevOps function across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Partner with GTM leadership to translate business strategy into operational plans
- Build and own accurate forecasting, reporting, and dashboards
- Design, implement, and continuously improve RevOps processes, tooling, and infrastructure
- Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing RevOps team
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or Revenue Strategy roles
- Experience scaling RevOps at a high-growth startup
- Strong analytical instincts with the ability to turn data into clear decisions
- A hands-on, ownership-oriented mindset
- Proven ability to partner with senior GTM leaders and influence without authority
- Comfort leveraging automation, AI, and modern RevOps tooling
