- Own the People Operations strategy and operating model
- Lead and develop a high-performing People Operations team
- Own the People technology ecosystem
- Lead HRIS implementations and optimizations
- Drive People program and cross-functional initiatives
- Build and deliver People analytics and reporting
- Own and continuously improve onboarding operations
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Operations
- Partner with Total Rewards
Requirements
- 15 years of experience in People Operations/HR Operations/TA or HR, including 7 years in senior operations leadership
- Proven HRIS expertise with successful end-to-end implementations
- Strong program/project management skills
- Demonstrated strength in analytics and reporting
- Working knowledge of Talent Acquisition Operations and recruiting systems
- Experience scaling onboarding and employee lifecycle operations
- Knowledge of Benefits and Compensation operations
- Excellent cross-functional partnership and communication skills
- Proven people management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
