About the role

  • Manage a team of Corporate Account Executives to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Provide tactical coaching on pipeline management, deal progression, and customer engagement strategies
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Development, and Customer Success teams to optimize lead quality, conversion, and retention
  • Own team and individual performance targets, ensuring consistent overachievement against quarterly and annual quotas
  • Hire, onboard, and retain top sales talent; build an inclusive, high-performance culture.
  • Participate in and contribute to the global Corporate Sales strategy — influencing process improvement, sales methodologies, and regional initiatives
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular reporting and forecast updates using Salesforce and sales analytics tools
  • Leverage strong business acumen to guide complex deal cycles and coach team members through multi-stakeholder enterprise sales motions
  • Represent LaunchDarkly in strategic customer engagements, executive briefings, and industry events

Requirements

  • 12+ years of SaaS sales experience
  • 3+ years of experience in sales management or team leadership
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth, and evolving environment
  • Passion for mentoring others while maintaining personal accountability for results
  • Experience selling to technology buyers or developer-centric audiences
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, DevOps, or feature management tools
