• Own and execute various HR administrative responsibilities as directed in support of the LATRO Technology Solutions division of the company – not just for the company’s Jordan office but other offices as well based on business needs
• Report to the EX Manager and collaborate with the wider EX Team, Finance, departmental management and team members across the organization
• Serve as first-line support for personnel HR-related questions
• Personnel File Management
• Office management duties for the Amman, Jordan office
• Other administrative duties as directed
