Design, build, deploy, and maintain AI-enabled systems, agents, and automation workflows that support LATRO’s business and IT operations.
Build and maintain automation, integrations, and digital solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem.
Implement security, access, audit, and governance controls for AI-enabled and automated solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in software engineering, IT/IS, automation, Microsoft platform engineering, or AI-enabled solution development.
Relevant Microsoft certifications in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, Security, or AI will be an advantage.
Experience supporting a diverse, globally distributed team is strongly preferred.
