About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide business analysis for Mobile Money/Fintech controls
Support the design, validation, and delivery of LATRO’s Fintech and Revenue Assurance solutions
Understand business processes, translating them into product logic
Support implementation across global customer projects
Close cross-team collaboration with engineering for product development
Support operations team for project implementation
Work alongside external customers for Business Analysis and product training
Gather and document business and functional requirements
Lead customer discussions and analyze business processes
Validate system outputs and assist in identifying inconsistencies
Maintain documentation for requirements, product features, and guides
Solicit continuous product feedback and extract use cases for new opportunities
Transform business needs into technical requirements and identify priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-3 years of experience in Mobile Money and/or Fintech (Financial Technology) industry is required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to understand systems, products, workflows, and data relationships
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Clear structured communicator able to explain complex ideas simply
Confident presenter for both internal and external audiences
Ability to ask the right questions, clarify requirements, and communicate effectively with both technical and business teams
Strong ownership of assigned tasks
Able to work independently while collaborating across teams
Experience or familiarity with databases including MongoDB (preferred) and relational databases.
Experience working with a globally disbursed team
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
