About the role
- Training the Human Resources (HR) Services team
- Ensuring all tasks are assigned and delivered in a timely manner
- Supporting day-to-day supervision of the HR Services team
- Serving as an escalation point for offices in Central Europe and UK as needed
- Collaborating to support process documentation initiatives and developing standard operating procedures
- Helping support system adoption and change management as needed
- Performing all specialist HR Services activities for the department
- Managing and responding to requests as the first point of contact for HR information and advice
- Utilising the ServiceNow ticketing system to monitor all assigned service requests
Requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions
- Well-developed and professional interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels
- A degree, with a focus in a HR related field, preferably; HR experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Relevant HR experience, ideally in a professional or financial services environment
- Experience of shared services, preferably
