About the role

  • Training the Human Resources (HR) Services team
  • Ensuring all tasks are assigned and delivered in a timely manner
  • Supporting day-to-day supervision of the HR Services team
  • Serving as an escalation point for offices in Central Europe and UK as needed
  • Collaborating to support process documentation initiatives and developing standard operating procedures
  • Helping support system adoption and change management as needed
  • Performing all specialist HR Services activities for the department
  • Managing and responding to requests as the first point of contact for HR information and advice
  • Utilising the ServiceNow ticketing system to monitor all assigned service requests

Requirements

  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions
  • Well-developed and professional interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels
  • A degree, with a focus in a HR related field, preferably; HR experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Relevant HR experience, ideally in a professional or financial services environment
  • Experience of shared services, preferably
