💰 $70,000 - $90,000 per year
About the role
- Coordinating activities and processes in support of lateral partner hiring and integration
- Facilitating clear, timely, and effective communication with lateral partner candidates regarding interview scheduling
- Coordinating the processing of submissions and introductions of lateral partner candidates
- Preparing and compiling candidate materials, including interview memoranda and related diligence
- Maintaining accurate and timely updates in the applicant tracking system
- Providing operational support for lateral partner recruiting processes involving candidates for other Latham offices
- Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- A minimum of two (2) years of recruiting or related law firm experience, preferably
