Responsible for the design and development of custom applications and configurations/customizations required to support application stakeholders on the ServiceNow platform
Performing advanced to expert-level development tasks within the Service Catalog and most modules within the ServiceNow platform
Integrating and developing AI-driven solutions within the ServiceNow platform
Leveraging capabilities such as AI Agent Studio (Agentic AI), Now Assist (Generative AI), Conversational AI and Search (Virtual agent), and predictive intelligence (Machine Learning)
Developing within the extensive inventory of custom applications within the ServiceNow platform
Participating in process flow analysis and process redesign along with stakeholders and team members
Creating and/or maintaining Service Catalog items, some of which require complex catalog development experience and knowledge
Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information

Requirements

A bachelor's degree or equivalent; six (6) years of relevant experience may be considered
A ServiceNow Administrator certification
A ServiceNow Developer certification
A minimum of five (5) years of experience on the ServiceNow platform
A minimum of two (2) years of IT business related experience
