About the role
- Overseeing the associate recruiting function for the Brussels office
- Supporting the Recruiting Committee in hiring law clerks, trainees and lateral associates
- Managing all aspects of the Trainee and Law Clerk Program, including orientation, events, programming, training, and performance management
- Staying abreast of current and pending employment laws and market trends while supporting strategic initiatives of the firm’s management committees
- Developing and maintaining relationships with office leadership
- Organising, assigning, delegating, and coordinating staff work to manage workflow and resources effectively
- Promoting effective work practices and working as a team member
Requirements
- Experience in legal or professional services recruitment, providing a strategic and forward-thinking approach to sourcing
- Supervisory experience in a related field, preferably
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
