About the role
- Architecting and governing the firm’s Power Platform environment
- Partnering with business service teams to design impactful automation solutions
- Managing environments, enforcing governance, and developing custom solutions within Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Configuring and maintaining Power Platform environments, including capacity management, security roles management, auditing, and reporting
- Establishing platform governance frameworks and maintaining Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies in partnership with the Security Team
- Supporting the creation and deployment of M365 Copilot agents through Copilot Studio
- Implementing Center of Excellence (CoE) best practices
- Evaluating and enabling appropriate connectors to support business requirements
- Facilitating user onboarding to the Power Platform and designing appropriate security models
- Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate, Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Microsoft Power Automate Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer, or Azure certifications, preferably
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience administering the Power Platform
- A minimum of three (3) years of hands-on development experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
- Hands-on development experience with Copilot Studio agents
- A proven track record implementing Power Platform solutions and process improvement initiatives
- Relevant experience analyzing and documenting business processes both from a business and technical standpoint
- Experience in RPA development using other tools like Blue Prism, preferably
